In preview step which appears the next, you have a possibility to check what fields delimiter and quote character are used in the source file.

These delimiters should be installed in 'Delimeters for .csv file' section. You have to choose the correct values there, otherwise, the import process may not be successful.

Thus, on the preview page (as we can see) the comma (,) is used as a separator and values were quoted with the double quote (namely -") characters.

Therefore, you should specify the same settings in the appropriate fields:

The next step helps to link of columns from your .csv file to the relative database fields. By default, the topmost option (First row) in the .csv file contains field names and not values.

It should be checked if the first row contains actual data, otherwise be sure that it remains unchecked.

Assign .csv columns to database fields

'Auto link all' serves to automatically determine the relations between columns of the source file and your database fields. It can be used in the case your column .csv names are similar as the database field names.

'Unlink all' helps to cancel any associations between columns made earlier.

You can see there how your data will be imported based on the settings, which have been made in the previous steps of the import process.

Please note, not assigned columns will not be processed and empty values will overwrite existing data values!
