4.1. Edit Customer

fmEditCustomer - Edit Customer Form

The most frequently used option, within the Customers section, is Edit Customer.

You may call the Edit Customer dialog by double-clicking the currently selected Customer record, or pressing the [Edit] button, on the toolbar. The "Edit" form also appears when you press the [Add New Customer] button. The Edit Customer window displays required, as well as, other important information, pertaining to the selected Customer.

Use this form to create/change passwords, in addition to filling in following required fields:

  • "Associate to Website*"
  • "Created From"
  • "Prefix"
  • "First Name"
  • "Middle Name"
  • "Last Name"
  • "Suffix"
  • "Email"
  • "Customer Group"
  • "Date of Birth"
  • "Tax/VAT Number"
